1. Blend the sprouts into a coarse paste using a little water.
2. In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and sprout paste. Add water to adjust consistency.
3. Add onions, tomatoes, green chili, coriander, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet and brush it with oil.
5. Pour a ladle of batter onto the skillet and spread into a circular shape.
6. Cook on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
7. Serve hot with coconut chutney or your choice of dip.
