Heat a grill pan or iron tawa, brush with ghee, and roast the marinated soya until slightly golden and crisp.
3. Make the Chilly Sauce:
In the same pan, add a little more ghee. Sauté onions, green chili, capsicum, and ginger-garlic paste. Add soy sauce, tomato chutney, and a splash of water. Toss the cooked soya into this mixture. Let it coat well. Add corn slurry only if needed.
4. Finish & Serve:
Garnish with coriander or green onions. Serve hot with millet roti, brown rice, or eat as is with toothpicks for a fun appetizer!
