Instructions:

1) Prep the Okra: Wash the okra thoroughly and pat it dry. Slice them lengthwise or into rounds, depending on your preference.

2) Dry the Slices: Ensure the okra is completely dry.

3) Coat with Spices: In a bowl, toss the okra with red chili powder, turmeric, pink salt, gram flour, and your chosen seasoning. Mix well so that each piece is coated evenly.

4) Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the seasoned okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

5) Enjoy: Once crispy and golden, remove the okra chips from the air fryer. Let them cool slightly and serve with your favorite dip or enjoy them plain!
