Nutritious Beet Muffins for Toddlers (1+ Year)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. Mash and Mix: mash the ripe banana until smooth, Add cooked beets , Milk and coconut oil to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  4. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fill Muffin Tin: Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for around 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool: Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
