Instructions:

1. Combine ragi flour, water, baking powder, cumin powder, paprika, and herbs in a bowl until well mixed.
2. Add chopped vegetables if desired.
3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) or prepare a steamer for steaming.
4. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking oil or cooking spray.
5. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the batter.

For Baking:
– Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

For Steaming:
– Place the muffin tin in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until set.

Allow the mini ragi bites to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
