Instructions:

1. Blend Dates:
Blend soaked dates into a smooth paste.

2. Mix Base:
In a large bowl, mix oats, jaggery, cocoa, all seeds, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Combine:
Add the date paste and peanut butter to the dry mix. Pour in melted ghee and mix well into a sticky dough.

4. Set:
Line a tray with parchment paper and press the dough firmly and evenly into it.

5. Chill & Slice:
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, then cut into bars or squares.

6. Store:
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Stays fresh for up to 7 days.
