Instructions:

1. Prep the base: In a blender, combine papaya, coconut milk, and honey. Blend until silky smooth.

2. Activate agar/gelatin (if using):
In a small pan, dissolve agar-agar or gelatin in water and heat for 1–2 minutes until fully dissolved. Let it cool slightly.

3. Combine: Add the slightly cooled agar mix into the blender and blend once again for 5–10 seconds.

4. Pour & Set: Pour into small bowls or ramekins. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until it sets to a custard-like consistency.

5. Garnish (optional): Top with shredded coconut, chia seeds, mint, or a few chopped papaya cubes before serving.
