Instructions:

Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, almond flour, 2 tablespoons of ghee, jaggery, and the vegetable puree. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and pink salt. Mix until it forms a smooth dough. Add more ghee if needed to achieve the right consistency.

Shape the Donuts: Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into donut rings.

Air Frying: Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the donut rings in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes or until they become golden brown.

Chocolate Coating: Melt the chocolate of your choice. Once the donuts are cooked and slightly cooled, dip them into the melted chocolate.

Chill: Place the chocolate-coated donuts in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
