Instructions:

1. Blend Ingredients: Add paneer, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, honey, milk, and a little water into a blender.
2. Adjust Consistency: Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth, mousse-like consistency. Adjust with more water if too thick.
3. Pour: Pour the mousse into glasses.
4. Garnish and Chill: Garnish with a little dark chocolate on top.
5. Refrigerate: Keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
