Instructions:

1. Cook the Millets:
* Wash and soak millets for 15 mins.
* Boil in 1 cup water with a little salt. Simmer covered until water is absorbed and millets are fluffy. Cool completely.
2. Make the Tikki Mix:
* In a mixing bowl, combine cooked millet with all tikki ingredients. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
3. Shape and Cook Tikkis:
Shape into small flat patties and Cook on a greased non-stick pan until golden brown and crisp on both sides (use little oil or ghee).
4. Assemble Chaat:
* Place hot tikkis on a plate. Top with whisked curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney.
* Sprinkle red chilli powder, chopped onion, and fresh coriander.
5. Serve immediately!
