Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
– In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, semolina, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin seeds.

2. Add Oil:
– Add oil to the dry mixture. Rub it with your fingers until the mixture looks crumbly.

3. Knead Dough:
– Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

4. Roll and Cut:
– Roll out the dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
– Cut into diamond-shaped pieces or squares using a sharp knife.

5. Preheat Air Fryer:
– Preheat your air fryer at 180°C (356°F).

6. Air Fry:
– Arrange the pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
– Air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.

7. Cool and Serve:
– Remove from the air fryer and let them cool. Store in an airtight container.
