Fish tikka

Instructions:

Preparation:
Cut the fish into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, pink salt, oregano, gram flour and fish tikka masala.

Marinate:
Coat the fish pieces thoroughly with the marinade.
Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Air-Frying:
Preheat your air fryer to 130-140°C (265-285°F).
Place the marinated fish pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked and slightly crisp on the outside.

Serve:
Sprinkle chat masala over the fish tikka before serving.
Enjoy with a side of mint chutney or salad.
