Instructions:

1. Make the batter:
Blend soaked soyabeans and chana dal with ginger, garlic, green chili, and a little water to a smooth thick batter.

2. Add veggies and spices:
Mix in onion, carrot, capsicum, coriander, and all spices. Adjust consistency to a thick pancake batter.

3. Cook the bites:
Heat a non-stick pan or mini appe pan. Add a few drops of oil. Pour a spoonful of batter to make mini round chillas. Cook on medium flame until golden on both sides.

4. Serve hot:
With mint chutney or curd dip. You can also pack them for school tiffins or travel snacks!
