1. Make the batter:

Mix in onion, carrot, capsicum, coriander, and all spices. Adjust consistency to a thick pancake batter.
3. Cook the bites:
Heat a non-stick pan or mini appe pan. Add a few drops of oil. Pour a spoonful of batter to make mini round chillas. Cook on medium flame until golden on both sides.
4. Serve hot:
