Chicken Paratha

Instructions:

1. Prepare Dough:
– In a mixing bowl, combine multigrain flour and salt.
– Gradually add water to knead into a soft dough.
– Add olive oil and knead again. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.

2. Prepare Filling:
– Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
– Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped chicken, green chili and sauté.
– Stir in turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt.
– Cook until the chicken is done. Add fresh coriander and mix well.
– Cool the filling.

3. Make Paratha:
– Divide dough into balls and roll each into a small circle.
– Place some filling in the center, fold the edges to seal, and roll gently to form a paratha.
– Cook on a non-stick pan, flipping sides until golden brown, using a minimal amount of oil.
